Environmental Protection (All Products)

Our products will assist in the protection of the exterior surfaces from damage caused by common environmental exposure. If the exterior surfaces treated with our products become damaged from common environmental exposure, it will be repaired. Common environmental exposure that can damage an unprotected exterior surface include love bugs, UV rays, acid rain, road salt, hard water etching and bird droppings.



Interior Protection (All Products)

Our products will assist in the protection of the interior surfaces from damage caused by common environmental exposure and accidental staining. If the interior surfaces treated with our products become damaged by environmental exposure or accidental staining, it will be repaired. Common environmental exposure and accidental staining that can damage an unprotected interior surface include UV damage, ink, dye, food and beverages.

How do I file a claim?

Please note, for exterior claims (such as hard water etching and bird droppings), please attempt to remove the "issue" before reporting a claim. For interior claims, please attempt to remove any staining before reporting a claim. Finally, review your Limited Warranty before reporting a claim to help identify what damage is covered and as a reference for your limited warranty number.

 

Can I have the product reapplied after my limited warranty has expired?
